By default, to help you make perfect Loops and Cue Point, the SNAP to grid feature is activated.
Thanks to SNAP, loops begin and end perfectly in rhythm and the CUE points position themselves perfectly in time.
If you want to set CUE Points freely, you can disable the SNAP to grid feature in DJUCED Settings => General => Analysis
